Formed as a joint venture in 1992, Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift Asia (MCFS) Pte Ltd combines the technological, marketing and financial strengths of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. (MHI) and Caterpillar Industrial Inc.

Since our existence in 1992, we have consistently intensified our presence in Asia, Oceania and South Africa. We are totally dedicated to marketing superior material handling equipment and the aim is to be a leader in counterbalanced and warehouse products providing customers with superior material handling with the highest levels of customer service and responsiveness.

Since the merger of MHI Forklift Truck Division with Nippon Yusoki Co., Ltd. to form Mitsubishi Nichiyu Forklift Co., Ltd. (MN) in Japan in 2013, MCFS has since by 2015 become a wholly own subsidiary of MN and change its name to Mitsubishi Nichiyu Forklift Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (MNA).

Mitsubishi Nichiyu Forklift Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (MNA) and Nichiyu Asia Pte. Ltd. (NAS) amalgamated in 2016 to become one single company.

In October 2017, Mitsubishi Nichiyu Forklift Co., Ltd. (MN) integrated its business with UniCarriers Corporation (UC) and changed its name to Mitsubishi Logisnext Co., Ltd. “LOGISNEXT” (a coined word) signifies “Logistical Equipment & System Solutions Next”, implies our desire to be a corporation group that can contribute to the development of a future global society beyond traditional framework. As a wholly own subsidiary of ML, MNA has since by October 2017 has also change its name to Mitsubishi Logisnext Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (MLAP).
